This diet program also provides hundreds of recipes and many resources, including books, cookbooks, Wii video games and DVDs.
This comprehensive diet plan is a good idea for people who do not want to, or perhaps are unable to, worry about cooking, shopping, counting points and calories, and coming up with meal plans. This is a portion-controlled weight loss program that brings food right to clients’ doors. While similar to Jenny Craig, this diet plan is more affordable, with prices ranging from $9 to $11 per day for the plan, although purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables to eat with the delivered food is recommended. A downside to this eating plan could be the taste. Those individuals who dislike the taste of processed foods may have a problem.
